Is this a WWW high or low. I am leaning towards low since NASDAQ has been flat to down since Friday. And it seems to have bottomed.

Of course it is a low. NASDAQ is leading now. S&P just broke out of the 3-day range to the upside. Internals are great again. I don't see anything bearish. And no pull backs.

FWIW
I mention the word possible, because there could be another retest or higher high around 2/7-2/10, but a lot of what i was looking for in a IT top is close.
