Can you add an index for reference?

I can make a chart, but there's not enough data (on my part) to make it worthwhile (ie historical reference). I do know from watching it that this is one of the longer periods of high bullishness in a while. For this bull market, this level of bullishness duration is only rivaled by the 2003 run up.
