Obviously they just upgraded but not buying it now since NAZ is not responding to the upgrade. They may want to unload it so they pump first. If it's one of those "criminal" upgrades....good spot for it.

Is there any doubt? TXN is the finest piece of large cap junk the market offers today. Check the stock from June low to now and you will know.

Nokia uses Infineon chip for entry-level phones
(02/07/2007 9:37 AM EST)
MUNICH, Germany — Handset manufacturer Nokia Corp. has selected Infineon Technologies AG's E-Goldvoice line of single-chip solutions for some of its entry-level GSM phones.
The message puts an end to speculation who is the customer behind a "major design win" Infineon had announced in the past weeks. It also raises questions about Texas Instruments Inc.'s relationship at Nokia. TI sells a slew of baseband chips to Nokia. TI also fields a single-chip solution as well. With its E-Goldvoice single-chip solution for GSM handsets, Infineon is addressing the fast-growing market for ultra low cost (ULC) handsets. According to earlier Infineon statements, the material costs for such a handset should be in the range of $16 in 2007 for platforms based on this chip.
