Will get a buy on TLT if it closes next week slightly higher.

The same for the Euro. I've been watching the new options traded on the PHLX. Thin volume so far but good spreads and they appear to make decent moves. Anyone with comments on the Euro for the next few weeks?

Triad:
[1] Interest rates will rise with the top coming [or low depending what you're trading in] on either 2/26 or 3/15
[2] Euro will turn higher on either one of those two dates listed in [1] above
[3] In full disclosure, I went short the PM's yesterday by investing 25% in SPPSX. I may be early as I have the turn date around 2/15. I have concluded that the PM's big move will not come until later this year.

I see Euro weakening against dollar yen and CHF in the coming months, and expect the dollar to show relative strength, possibly thru may. But this could change, as I cant forecast very far out - your comments are helpful, and I will be defensive.
