in hell... Let us review the context. It is in a downtrend. It had its bear killer rally, with a giant gap up and follow through. It danced around the top for few days. Finally, there was a analyst upgrade that resulted in a gap and crap day. What else is left before it is flushed down to where it really belongs?

Not today but TXN headed for a massive disaster if it tests the recent lows which is God given. What is sad is that some major pump and dump have been exercised by a few major investment banks, and Joe is left holding it. Remember last week when the market popped on those upgrades, it seemed like Semis were getting legs again... We had a few salivating here too.... How many times it happened in the last 5 months. You tell me. The point is, the trend that is in control of the tape is invincible and the big money is out timely. I say timely because TXN is headed for a massive breakdown if it even gets closer to the recent lows. If you wonder what is so specific about the recent lows, I suggest you to check the price and volume pattern on 10 year weekly chart.

You mean 5 year chart right? As soon as I saw that (both top and bottom lines), I decided to short TXN.

MICC is breaking down, as discussed over the weekend. This was one of the remaining leaders of NDX.

Yes 5 year.

That weekly bounce looks impulsive right? And gives the feeling of beginning of something ... That was the exit for the big money. Pure distribution. They did the exact same thing to AMD last month or so, when it was trading around 20, it briefly undercut 20, sharks smelled blood. Then they push it %15+ higher very next day on gigantic volume and that was the all the stock ever saw...The whole volume the stock had that day was proven to be a massive distribution as the stock sliced through 20 afterwards as if it wasnt even there before.
They will make an example out of AMD , you can count on it.

This is how the market makers actually short or get out of a stock, intraday, daily.. They give impulse to get momo bids, and they unload into the strength, that is the only way they can get volume they need.

XD, Look at NVDA - appears to be the same with the GS pump. In short at 33.76 Earnings tomorrow On the SLV front, it never even got off the ground today - still looking to short above 139.50

I got your email on silver, that was a nice call but I guess you couldnt get in.
Regarding NVDA, actually I am not bearish on it as much as those that I am short.
NVDA is one of the very few chip stocks that has future. (long term)
But I dont know about daily fluctuations, I am not following it close enough to trade

NVDA is a good product, but what hammered them in Dec was inventories, and I can't imagine they've improved any since then. I think they guide lower and it tanks, same with all the rest of the chips. Still waiting on SLV - your trendlines are sharper than mine  May have one little push back to 139 left in it.
