If you followed my earlier posts, you know I"ve been waiting for this 2496.97 to be tested before going short. I also wanted to see a test of that 44.84 that you referred to... both conditions were finally met today and I took only a 1/4 position at the close. I would have gone more, but the signal is not clean.

#1 Nasdaq closes over the 2496.97 even on lighter volume.

#2 QID closes UNDER the all time volume low of 51.06.


Although the daily charts of Nasdaq and the Qs are technically bearish upthrusts... the 3 min intradays still point up...

Tomorrow I either add or close...
