44.68 at SC does not match the close I show at my various broker charts...45.05

Yahoo has it at 44.68 too but it's got to be wrong.
Although Nasdaq market is showing it too.

44.68 That is what TDAmeritrade shows as its closing price in my account. Does not seem right. Don't think it is a dividend, but we will see.
