I believe this might even reduce the load on the server for those who are addicted...

This page will update your Traders-Talk -> Fearless Forecasters topic index page at every 5 minutes, so you don't have to...

http://users.adelphi...kisacik/tt.html

This is an invisible frame, so if you want to comment or type something, open it in a window or frame (depending on your browser settings) by pressing CTRL button and clicking "New Topic", or CTRL+topic name, so that it doesn't reload (and erase) while you are typing...

You can do this on your own computer to change the update frequency, just save this html code in a file and open the file in your internet browser locally on your computer. You can use this trick to automatically update any website you are checking regularly...

<html>
	<head>
 <meta content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1" http-equiv="content-type">
 <title>Traders-Talk.com - Fearless Forecasters Index</title>
 <meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="300";="">
	</head>
 <frameset rows="100%">
 <frame src="http://www.traders-talk.com/mb2/index.php?showforum=2">
 </frameset>
</html>

5 x 60 seconds = 300 (in the code)

Sure enough, I wanted to write in bold the 300 in the code, but it put them there in the code form with the letter "b" with the brackets around them... This is the proper code...

Good stuff Kisa, your code link should be place permanently at the top to TT's main page.
