Many stocks peaked last year

A high percentage of random stocks I chose to look at, about 30 or so, primarily peaked in Sept., or in May. This was a bit of a surprise. I would have expected the peaks occurring now. Just an observation.

:) For the W/E 02/23/07 the NYA, NASD., & AMX had a total of 451 new 52 week highs and 53 new lows. This was a 9.5 to 1.0 ratio of new highs to lows. It is also note worthy that NYA & SPX have 68/70 % stocks above their 20dma, 77/78 % above their 50dma, & 84/91 % above their 200dma. These numbers are not necessarily all time highs, but they are suggestive of a strong market at the present time. Can we get a correction -- ANYTIME now. B) :cat:
