Maybe quote is from William Peter Hamilton, subsequent editor of the WSJ...and incidentally, one of them also had an addendum to the Dow Theory...which is appplicable now, since both the Dow and Transports confirmed the Primary (and Secondary ) trends....to wit, "each succeeding confirmation carries less validity than the last".................
