.....that's when to take your eyes off the ground...and look to the sky....(provided we don't close below OEX 616....a close below 604 would confirm the bear imvho)

Have we got a bottom now?...possible..but doubtful....there is a good chance however that the OEX:SPX ratio may have bottomed even though I have one more low marked on the second chart. Money over the next month or so will be headed back into the biggies again and when rotation is finished...it's onwards and upwards. Price targets are still 616/620..OEX & 1350 SPX on the downside closer to the end of the month. Which would mean a very choppy B wave for the next few weeks.
