It seems a bit ludicrous that it is legal to keep pit bull dogs in a city neighborhood, but not miniature horses.

Dogs attack, kill girl's miniature horse...

A neighbor said two dogs they described as "pit bull mixes" dug under Johnson's fence and attacked Princess.
"Princess" was a Christmas present.

Of course the old "My dog hasn't ever killed horses before" defense was attempted:
"This is my dog, and I know he did not do it," said Karrie Ann Ingram.
Pesco is being held under quarantine at animal services for 10 days.
If investigators do not find any other attacks in his history, he will more than likely be released... to kill again.


Evil miniature horses are banned in Town!
So instead get one of these precious Pit Bulldogs to keep your baby company!
(As Roy Horn said, when he was still able to talk: "They are as harmless as a tiger.")

Dog Owner Gets 15 Years to Life in Fatal Pit Bull Mauling of Palmdale Woman


The owner of four pit bulls that fatally mauled a woman in Littlerock last year was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison on Friday.
Alex Donald Jackson, of Littlerock, was convicted of second-degree murder in August following the death of 63-year-old Pamela Devitt.
Devitt suffered 150 to 200 puncture wounds in the attack and died from loss of blood while being transported to the hospital, according to officials.
Dogs owned by Jackson were the subject of four previous dog attack reports since 2006, according to the Los Angeles Times.

After the first 3 attacks, maybe the L.A. County prosecutors are a bit guilty in this too.
Maybe the pandering legislature is also guilty for allowing this.
