I am going thru the Hurst course (from traders press).
one thing I'm wondering about is the use of the periodogram for phase analysis. I can see where this would be very useful... but I have yet to see any periodograms on any of the stock services that I've looked at.
are there any periodograms offered by any of these services? and if not, what do followers of Hurst use in their phase analysis?

You need to find a service or software that provides a spectral analysis for the waves you are looking for. Here is one example and I am sure there are others. I have not looked at any cyclic software for this purpose. Hope that helps.
