Co announces that it has signed a Purchase and Sale Agreement with NAMMCO, a Wyoming general partnership, and associated individuals to acquire an undivided 81% interest in the NAMMCO Group's mineral properties located in the central Powder River Basin of Wyoming, USA and to enter into a joint venture agreement with the NAMMCO Group pursuant to which Uranerz will operate the NAMMCO properties.
Under the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, Uranerz is to pay a total of U.S. $5,000,000 and issue to the NAMMCO Group a total of 5,750,000 shares of Uranerz common stock to acquire the 81% interest.

also, uranium futures are now available for trading for the first time... trading symbol UX

top % gainers right now on my no. 1 trading screen in descending order..those with * are uranium stocks -
not including PLL because it is a news play off plant closing news yesterday, tho' a trader that likes rising trenders and some good yield would like this one for 3 years now...new historic high today

note today's intraday overthrow of the rising tops trendline connecting the Jan and May '06 tops
see the Nov 06 overthrow of this t/l for happened on that overthrow event
price intraday today is now backtesting the terminal value of the trendline..IF this t/l becomes support for a further price advance, then new historic highs may continue
Jim Cramer featured EMU in last night's CNBC show as his favorite uranium pick..not gap fill yet, but close today.
