A break the 9 month VTL would confirm the 9 month Hurst cycle high is sealed. This is extremely important for the long term because as we can see from the chart below, once the 9 month Hurst cycle is locked in it also locks in the 18 month and 4.5 year cycle highs and subsequently will take the market down into my long term target zone as a minimum....View my long term targets at Kennys Elliott Waves on Stockcharts.
