If this oversold condition does not make to a new high tomorrow, this rally should be cooked and we should begin a decline for the next few weeks, but I am guessing we will have a little bit more of churning to do. The energy did really blow off as I predicted after October 14th, I didn't have the time to update an Excel chart as I did before, but here's a simple chart... [ref: 1]
