This is probably one of the most thoughtless and worthless responses that I’ve ever read. I took the time and effort to show the progression of a unique chart pattern within the context of symmetry, as previously discussed. And, I even set the link to that discussion up in the very beginning of my comment. Did you even read it?

You connected a few dots and called it The Top. It would also appear that you don’t even know how to draw trendlines correctly.

I’m not soliciting total consent, but at least put a little thought into your response.

I think I’ll take up Z’s advice and get my JD and call it the night…

Well time will tell, and not much time should be needed, whether your progression is the correct predictive pattern or my downtrend channel. Your response to my addition to the thread may or not have been thoughtless, but it certainly was quite rude. And yes, I did read what you wrote and studied the charts you posted. I suspect my chart will be more fruitful.

Not rude, just being honest.

Besides, I'm not making any prediction; I asked questions. I have repeated over and over again on this forum that I don't have the superpower that others have to predict the future. This is the problem when people don't read.

Deserves no further comment. Others can judge, when you called my post worthless and thoughtless whether that was rude. If I can add an interpretation to the QQQ's that is predictive and shows a quite beautiful channel, that should be respected as a worthwhile addition. Get some sleep and let your blood pressure normalize. We will see where the Q's go in the next few days. If I am right it is not going to move into the oval and to the question mark in your last chart, but turn down from here.

Forgot one more chart as the continuation of my original post...

By flipping the last chart vertically, it becomes an inverted Island Top, or an Island Bottom... The only problem I have is with the volume.

And, that's it for me...

Not to take away from you, but Beanie (Traderdog Beanie) used to call this the batwings / inverted batwings pattern about 2 years ago on Atilla's blog.

pisces - Thanks. I know you and I share the same addiction to Chart Patterns. arak - You didn't take away anything from me. Main reason that I posted this intriguing pattern is hoping to learn from those who had seen it before. I rarely read any blog. Can you provide a link to this Atilla's blog for me? Thanks. I'll look it up tomorrow afternoon. And, that's really it... Zzzz...
