He nails a key point if a small company was successful
they would have regulators climbing up their hind end.
( I would add most likely irs looking for revenue )
But naked short selling is never investigated.

Now I am way outside of the scope of this board, on record

are observable and thus indirectly provable. The entirety of electronic
DHS antiprivacy activity is being used to listen into corporate business
to facilitate wall street front running inside trading.
