but a short right here with a stop at 1690.00 might be a decent play considering it's late May. JDJ

Good luck with that. I wouldn't even attempt to short when the biggest of the "Too Big To Fail" derivatives colossus is soaring to new highs after re-coronating Jamie Dimon as the monarch and king. Heh, that $6 billion loss on the "Whale Trade" has already been long forgotten. Jim Willie must be kicking himself for not buying JPM at $30 last summer.

But those who did buy, I guarantee are thinking this is an opportunity to take a profit....

JD You got better odds at taking the swing at the low 90's back to 1665+- After that? for now.

Looks like the "New Normal" is strong dollar = declining commodity prices = soaring retail stocks.

Sometimes trading means buy and hold.

Only when the strength of a trend is strong...and of an intermediate term basis.

Well I played the 50% bounce and picked up some ES contracts at 1678.25 and see they are already profitable so will set a s/l at 1677.75 and can't do anything worse than make a little. Back to shoeing horses. JDJ
So far, so good on the call.

Many outside range days now at 13:47, and selling picked up after lunch.

Suggestion...hit and run on the trade and take the money and run (around the track in triumph! :) )
