Pretty much as expected yesterday...don't get greedy, hit and run.

You anticipated this? Where did you mention it?

You anticipated this? Where did you mention it?

From yesterday's chat:

"2013-05-21 17:09:16 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: soo...
2013-05-21 17:09:21 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: for the first time in...
2013-05-21 17:09:39 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: well, since March
2013-05-21 17:09:54 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: we might finally see the market trip on its shoelace
2013-05-21 17:10:03 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: and have a day or two of correctional chop
2013-05-21 17:10:41 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: or as I alluded to in the breadth update over the weekend
2013-05-21 17:11:14 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: it would be a reasonable expectation to see multi day pause to sneak in here to generate some downside volume in the guise of profit taking
2013-05-21 17:11:28 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: but with liquidity levels as high as they are
2013-05-21 17:11:36 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: it's probably better to work with the SAR
2013-05-21 17:11:51 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: and let the market come to you as far as closing profitable positions for now
2013-05-21 17:12:06 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: the other little warning we had this past weekend
2013-05-21 17:12:11 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: is that the BETS moved to a +25
2013-05-21 17:12:29 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: which is just above a +20 and a "neutral, cash position"
2013-05-21 17:12:40 [Message] fib_1618 -> Chat: so let's remain disciplined
"

From last weekend's weekly breadth update narrative:

"Otherwise, steady as she goes for now although, historically, one would think that some sort of multi day pause might sneak in here as a reasonable expectation if nothing else."

I get a little more down and dirty in the chat room and weekly breadth updates than publicly, from day trading to longer term parameters, I cover it all for the price of admission. :)

risk, his comment to me was:

"Well...this is far from a blow off as we are trending higher.

And a 3-5% correction is pretty much impossible here.

So I wouldn't wait around too long or the time decay and/or the implied volatility will certainly kill you.

Good luck."

Thanks. And to clarify this further, you anticipated it but did not play it since you anticipate further upside?
