Hi guys, looking for the naming conventions used in E-wave. Like 3 vs (3) vs iii...and what the levels stand for. Googling shows the levels, but not the notation:
* Grand supercycle: multi-decade to multi-century * Supercycle: a few years to a few decades * Cycle: one year to a few years * Primary: a few months to a couple of years * Intermediate: weeks to months * Minor: weeks * Minute: days * Minuette: hours * Subminuette: minutes Charts used here by Teaparty and others use similar notation to other sites, so I'm guessing there's a standard. Thanks |

Hi marco,
I believe the convention is, in the order you have laid out- circled roman numeral roman numeral in parenthesis roman numeral circled arabic numerals arabic numerals in parenthesis arabic numerals circled lower case roman numerals lower case roman numerals in parenthesis lower case roman numerals A detailed description of this lettering and the convention for a.b.c waves can be found in Chapter 1 of Frost and Prechter's "Elliott Wave Principle." Best to you! |
