It appears as if a move towards the 15-20% range is underway (Feb 2003 peak 26.97%), however the discount tends to disappear, once the miners are into their 'overperformance' period vs the metals. I am holding as a core position since late 2002, but added an overweight position into the December 2007 lows, which I will consider removing into the Juniors WHEN the individual charts confirm.

I imagine you would probably get a sell signal if we reach a premium in the 20's but this indicator has lost most if not all of its predictive powers due to all the new products available to pm investors/speculators.
