i was paying my Pacific and Gas utility bill.....The line was very long....There were so many late for their payment, the cashier was checking the cut-off for the customers.....Most of them were two or three months behind...Mind you this is Sillycon Valley, houses average 3/4 million dollars a copy.....I missed my credit card payment 15 days ago....granted it was an oversite and nevermind that i am sleeping in my car..thats irrelevant
so capital one calls me to see if i can make an over the phone payment...they said if i made the payment right then they would hack 100 bucks off my balance......
keep in mind i am not even close to a deliquent debtor !!! yet...

the whole town is one big REO>>>>stuff under 250 is recieving multiple offers.....IC, I know you are a Real Estate Broker there is Las Vegas. How is the housing market, what is selling - bank foreclosures, anything else ?
