So what happens to Real Estate prices ?

When we get inflationary pressure? Right now their getting crushed. But if inflation is in the cards and it could be hyper -inflation then what happens to home and stock prices?
If it can be cornered, it will.

RE is typically an inflationary hedge, so the same would happen to anyone holding debt. Even though our gubmint is benefiting by debasing the currency, anyone holding a fixed rate loan will benefit just as much as their mortgages "lose value".

same as last year. high gas prices will benefit homes close in to the city, and are bad for homes far from mass transportation and job centers. i
