A Legendary Forecast from 2006

If someone posted the predictions in 2006, what would you use to describe him? Although the last prediction may be work in progress.

To make this post relevant, his latest prediction for stock market is DOWN DOWN DOWN. And he has been shorting those 15% REIT since 2007. Legendary ....

- In 2006, I posted there heavily saying that

(i) housing prices were in a bubble on the coastal regions of US,

(ii) global economy was being sustained nothing other than this housing bubble,

(ii) housing bubble already topped and will come down over the next 6-10 years,

(iv) It will cause a 30s style depression in USA and rest of the world.

(v) There will ultimately be a civil war in California.

The 5th one is what most of them remember me for. We will get there.
