Honestly I thought both ban of the uptick rule and revive of m2m were BY DESIGN to invoke the greatest bear market of 2007 up to present, until the great wealth has done transferred, it just might serve as a tool to brake the process as you implied. Just don't think it's anytime soon. Yet look at BKX, XLF, UYG, FAS, FAZ, SKF....time is getting closer everyday.
