honestly, I can t believe that you like to own this stock. He s already in breach of covenants in many of his loans etc etc

chart aside, he can manipulate the stock of his company like none can imagine. I wouldn t be surprised if the stock tries again the high $9s, especially when the market can go up to 1015-1050. I believe like you have written in your signature 985-1015 is the level to keep an eye, otherwise 1050 should do it. Are you still holding your short? didn t follow much the board today so i don t know if you already said something about it. Thanks PS as I have already mentioned before, Alpha Shipping was the first shipping company to default in its high yield bond back in 1999. If I remember well Citigroup or Credit Suisse got hold of all the company's vessels (i ll have to look at the HYB prospectus for that). Guess who was the owner of the company Couple of years later the same person goes public.........I guess people have a short memory.

I do not hold very long nic. I traded it 3 times since last night. I am flat waiting for a pop tonight maybe to 981ish.
