I am closing all my bearish options strategies at ES 967. I respect the break out and depending on the action over the next few days I will be thinking of positioning on the long side. Denleo

can you go into more details?

I have done very well with the mid cap 400 this past 2 weeks but was thinking of hitting the eject button.

do you think the fed will have a problem with their bond auctions and try to drive the market down
or do you think its a non issue now ?

Dennis, I'd say it's much trickier than you think. Uptrend lines were broken this morning. A close below the weekly pivot at SPX 968 would be bearish on a weekly basis. Divergences abound. Etc.

What trend line was broken this morning? Are you talking about a 5 minute chart?

Beware of positioning yourself on a long position there should be a pull back. I am prepared to go long on pull backs like I did yesterday.
The market catches almost everyone on the wrong side. We always seem to get fake break out before that huge dump or the hugh dump before the false break down! Trade Safe!
