Here is a link to see when the space shuttle and space station will be flying over your house. Click on your city and it will tell you the date, time and direction to look to see the space station with shuttle flying overhead. Since they are attached, they are the largest man made object in the sky and are clearly visible as a bright dot moving across the sky.

NASA

Tonight they will be over Tampa Bay at 9:08 pm coming from the NW to the SE and will be visible for about 3 minutes.

Everyone is watching the sky around here. It looks and sounds like a backdrop for Dark Shadows or some Horrow B-Movie.

The National Weather Service forecast for Cos Cob.

Late Afternoon: Showers and thunderstorms likely. Some storms could be severe, with large hail, damaging winds, and heavy rain. Cloudy, with a high near 80. South wind around 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

It's noisy.
