Market is rising on the rumor created by the media that WH is planning 2nd stimulus, though Geithner clearly indicated last Friday that no 2nd stimulus planned.
Like the WH is blaming FOX news as ...........
The media now serve as rumor machines.
The whole thing is degenerating.........

tthe news could come pretty fast as in buy the rumor, sell the news.

There was no rumor. The Fed came out and issued a series of statements about rate hikes and reverse repos.
