Getting close to a Sell.

About to join almost everything else...

NAAIM is at 85% long, which is "watch out" territory.

TSP is at 58% Bulls, which is also a Sell.

Short that ES 1137 volume bar...a break of that level will usher in a Sharp Selloff

The pattern shown from 2003 looks remarkably like the NYSE breadth MCSUM, doesn't it?

I've been watching similar measures the whole week and could not believe the surreal speculative participation in these markets. BUT GET THIS: today as the market declines, they are buying MORE CALLS!

Arb, The caveat is that those buying calls may not be speculators, but the guys about to dump a bunch of buy orders as they play out some program or option roll gambit. Today, the trading can easily be dominated by "the Boyz". Otherwise, I'd be very, very Bearish on that information. Mark

Mark, you should be very very bearish on this information, the opening only ISEE sentiment index shows 194 for the equities, it opened at 220!!! We are not bouncing, just drifting lower, what more proof do you need?

MY ff: Today may end with a 10 points waterfall at the end of the day around -25 or so...

Could a Deal have played into that equity call reading? Like BARE? BTW, I'm still open to a big decline into the close if they can't mount a rally here pretty soon. M

I think the decline will come shortly and we will try to bounce a bit into the close... This is really not working at the moment... That bounce, if it happens should be sold as long as 1131 (cash) is violated.
