On AAPL, my short position initiated @ $237.60, so I’m down approx. $1 as of now. I did add more shares in the high $238’s, but that’s not part of this trade. Stop still sets @ $240. That’s where I dare AAPL to get me. I’m ready to turn over $240 (100 shares) for that. Added Q May $48 Put @ $0.88 to avg to $0.90875. On this trade, now approximately 80% in.. Gotta run… Have a great trading day!

Hey V - Thanks. I've got 239.75 first and then 241, where I've set the stop @ 240. How did you come up with the numbers?

And, I've only just begun... getting more aggressive.

Thanks for the info, V. I've always liked their site.

Good trading, I like the 1% STOP LOSS for APPL.

I may open MAY bearish spreads on AAPL tomorrow.

Am looking to buy MAY QQQQ 49 puts

Thanx, dTraderB.

It's time to start getting a little more aggressive from the short side.

Funny, I was just looking at different option spreads to short AAPL. This 100-share short is actually kinda boring.

What do you have in mind?

I'm looking at buying May 260 Calls @ $3.40 and selling May 220 Calls for about $23.10 each. Break even is about $240. 45%-50% return at around $230, and 100% return if it hits $220.

Haven't looked at since earlier today but I would consider buying the 260 calls and sell the 230 calls. Also looking at AMZN. In the past, I have made good profits with spreads when these high volatility stocks spike up or down. If AAPL goes above 245 I will be very aggressive on the spreads. May expiration gives us more time.
