Wow. Chilling. Even so, it seems rather optimistic in it's projections for the rest of the decade in that the we are beginning a bottoming process, I say that's optimistic considering that along with everything else involved in the housing decline, interest rates are still at the bottom and only beginning to start to rise.
On to the trade, already in progress.

Don't get too pessimistic, the Administration is currently planning to refinance the twins (Fred and Fannie) that own most of the toxic mortgages.
Oh! that is going the wrong way, you may have a point.
