NYMO is divergent from the SPX close price. Also same divergences in CCI, MACD at Feb. low and today:

to be divergent, doesn't NYMO have to be higher than the previous low?

there is no divergence yet. when it turns up there should be.

No, as long as the angle of the lines are obviously different.

You can have any numbers and I even heard 666 ...........
But no one on the wall street will like it and the central banks will not like it......... That's from where the market is controlled. The real cause for this market dump is that the wall street was really nervous and angry about the Bank Reform Bill, but I don't see it wants a total crash. But with the concerted High Frequency trading programs running at the same direction, they could engineer a total crash.

Ok-divergence is important but flash computer trades react to next move only. If buyers come in computer says buy
and vice verso. Every indicator is useless when computer says so!!! A turned up divergence can be misleading.
