Basis 60 min so far we have put in 5 consecutive lower lows and 4
consecutive higher highs, and might well be working on no. 5. We have
also busted the downtrend line and are stopped at the middle tine. Here.

Looking at the dailies, one gets itchy and wanting to yell "timber."
But, fellow swamploggers, no choping until we see at least a lower
high or lower low; better to get both, if its the big easy wood you are after.

It is Hunter S. Thompson, a great American author, from whom I borrowed the phrase: "Harder to kill than a Buick."

He was a great writer. He was also an amazing alcoholic. The last time I went to hear him speak was in the gym at the The University of Florida. We, the large crowd, waited, standing (they had no seats) for almost 2 hours. Then a guy brought out a half empty GALLON of whiskey and put it on the dais. Then, finally, Hunter stumbled out, and was so smashed he mumbled. I was young enough to call it a "great evening" . The first time I saw him he was only stoned, not drunk and the talk was more fun. mm
He who laughs laughs laughs laughs.
