My view from here is a near-term resumption of upward grinding until accumulating evidence of domestic price pressure plus various Middle East tensions trigger another sell off. Might be days or even coupla weeks. Should see continued increase in vix. I went long today at 1:45PM with a series of call purchases which culminated in my first partial fill in ages. My wishful trader side always perceives that as a good sign: some dude jerking the plug somewhere before my perfectly timed trade is completely filled. :P We shall see...

This is not an investment. Large delta tends to hold volatility down.

These were individual securities from a watchlist, seemed cheap. CRUS 23 .65 HSNI 30 .70 STEC 21 .65 First two are worth a dime already. In truth, I'm a disgusted bear. But I know I haven't made as much money as I should have in this circus, so I'll be happy to try to avail myself of the last few pomo pogo's before this thing unwinds later this year. If we're lucky, it will be a slow and volatile rollover.

Amen to that.

Let the bulls get fully bought into BTFD until they do so every day like in 2001-2002 decline.
