Anybody else having problem with IB connections?

I seem to be disconnecting every few seconds.

I am on hold waiting to get help hopefully. But spoke with a friend of mine who is also having troubles so i think its everyone. Never had this happen before.

No issues at all today.
I was told to contact COMCAST...my internet provider. He said they are having issues with a "few" providers. He said they already know about it but
the more people who call the more urgent they will know the issue is.

I was also told that comast is the problem. I have time warner so the IB guy says that time warner is part of comcast.

Out of those with outages. Who is trading Gold and or Silver.
I am have trouble. Was Trading both from the long side.

You want a bare bones discount broker, you get bare bones discount support as part of the deal.
