till ema 20 crosses 100. Somehow it's forming a hook today which is ST bullish.

Look at the November dump - it ended when the VIX tried to breach the 200 DMA and failed. It seems to pay attention to this when its out of bear gas, look how it (so far anyway) paused at the same point now:
