...individuals who have repeatedly called 'tops' (erroneously) during the last two years don't believe we made a top on February 17/18...interesting behavior...does the SOX weekly chart look bullish?

How about posting a chart with 5-10 years worth, and let's see how many crosses worked.

...the bollinger bands (100,2) cause me to believe that the 1110-1120 area will be hit...the CCI (blue) at the bottom of the chart is getting more bearish...granted we could well experience a bounce...however, the trend is clearly down...
