it seems we are topping out just like in 2007... debt deal fails and sends market into a tailspin...

Btw, please post a comparison of the cumulative a/d, new highs-lows, and NYSE summation indices of these two eras...

Yes, it's a while that I habe been following this fake inverse head and shoulders pattern, very conscious that the break will be down because these fakes are made so. If you look at the dax it also is playing out like late 2007
forever and only a V-E-N-E-T-K-E-N - langbard

can someone do that for me ? unfortunately I don't have that type of data to work with.... sorry. Not a member of stockcharts.com

And this whole head and shoulders thing is getting really old - there is no head and shoulders pattern here, inverted or otherwise.
