My RVX/VIX indicators are close to a buy signal. Rodger the moon cycle looks busted?

What Im thinking is we may not test 1360 (May not) but the bradley turn, coupled with the moon madness meaning a high not higher high will yield some support and possible a decent bounce. Long 50% here will add 50% at 1305 expected here in a bit with a stop at 1290
