looking for a move to 1380 1410 before a move lower. Today Rejected lower and may move to .382 or .5 before anything down. The meeting in Europe on money for the southern group is not likely to produce much. But it all seems to be news driven, so I trade lightly with stops at 1.618 the ATR. Oil may bounce - my SCO is off for a while. Silver can go lower, but I hope it won't because it makes me want to own more, I know what comes next with the Fed. Thursday the Health Care Ruling is handed down by SCUS. I don't bet on people, but if I did, I think it is a split decision like Arizona decision. Aweful nice here in Ohio to! Come on over... to me low volume means no washout, and means everyone thinks tomorrow will be another friday. Being short I was heartned by the Naz looking like it wanted lower. I would not be short after wendsday noon but do think there is a strong possibility of a flush towards 1250 within the next 4 sessions. I'll exit on the gap fill spy 129.30 and say good enough.
