threads now show only links to all replies . is this something affecting all users ?
Is there a Board Display Issue .. or is it just me ?

You're probably in "outline" mode. See the options tab in the upper right hand corner of the post? Go there and click "standard" mode.
Happens to me sometimes too.

dev you are in outline mode only, you need to alter your settings.
I think it is prudent and wise to make sure those settings dont change.
