Breaking news ???? "is expected to" opinion, widely held opinion but just a 1 paragraph opinion, with no
facts. Very irresponsible way for them to disseminate inofrmation.

the IMF story is a bit light admittedly and weak on credential, but I sort of agree with some of the comment posters on marketwatch that this seems like it should be a front page story and possible flash crash material.. and yet I dont hear a peep about it anywhere. i thought markets were supposed to be good discounting mechanisms ? and yet it seems like they are in the slowest of slow motion on this one. wow.

This whole thing can get beyond the normal oversold/overbought stuff. Looks like its game over for Spain. They may not avoid a sovereign default. Situation is much worse and bigger then Greece. And the German court isn't to vote on the bailout funds until early September. Not that those bailout funds will make any difference. More and more regions in Spain need bailouts, Spain itself needs a bailout. Economy is contracting rapidly. Today's estimate that it contracted 0.4% comparing to the previous quarter. This may start looking like July/August last year. Remember those Dow down 500 days ?
