ty, I generally ignore the "news de jour" and focus on shorter term overbought/oversold indicators of price and sentiment. I personally believe the "news" is created to throw off most of the investors out there. Joe Granville: "News is for suckers" "the media is the biggest enemy of the small investor, mostly headlining the wrong news at the wrong times, playing on his misguided reliance on fundamentals and his normal fears and greeds"

Monday/Tuesday looks to be corrective. A pop up early Monday would signal a correction for me.
