I am short near the close - actually long TZA (3 x bear RUT) as neither Schwab nor Scott had shares of TNA (3 x bull RUT) to lend. Is there a message there?

Scottrade appears to have some lending problems the last week or so. Tried to short some leveraged instruments on either Tuesday or Wednesday and had troubles...

I suppose that I should add that the trade is off the 60. I can't see
too many indications of weakening or zoning mo on the daily.
