Instead of labeling one side or the other not "recognizing" something, or calling someone out, why don't you explain the significance of the pattern you're referring to?I don't think bulls recognize the significance the Summation whipsaw signal generated on Monday....
I'm sure there are many who would be interested in your technical "summation" and its specific expectations.

It was a simple question that can be answered...your choice of being non responsive on a public message board really isn't in your best interest.
