Not to bother Harada, But the warning signals a move in the next thirty days? It there a possibility at another attempt at the recent highs before this move occurs? Average time frame before this signal come to fruition. Thanks O

This is a mechanical trading system. So you go with the signal, because a signal is a signal, no but(s) or if(s).

I do think bulls will make another attempt to get back to the highs. What happened this week looks similar to what happened in Feb 2007. Than market was at all time high,VIX at all time low (same ), FANNIE announced discontinuation of some mortgage program (this time it is gold), market lost >3% in a day, VIX spiked high. Market tumbled a little bit more in next several days but was able to collect itself to regain the upward move while VIX remained elevated. SPY makes a new all time high in Oct 2007, while many secondaries had lost over 10%. Will this be script this time as well, I don't know, but if this I expect my Monopoly setup to issue a false sell (which it might). Keep an eye on that setup as it has almost 30 years of history.
