Twitter was hacked!

AP soon to update

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- The Associated Press says its Twitter account has been hacked, as the Twitter feed falsely said that there had been two explosions at the White House. The tweet from the AP account briefly caused U.S. stocks SPX +0.91% to drop. White House spokesman Jay Carney is holding his daily press conference as usual.

I wondered if there was a data glitch. http://stockcharts.com/
But it was a hacked tweet announcing that there was a bombing at the White House with injuries.

These computer programs are going to test it.

Patience.

Odds of a retest are always the highest when in proximity to the event.

Price is one aspect of it.

Time is the other.

The one good measurement we got there was SPEED. 150 DJIA pts in 5 min or so 30 Nasdaq pts. 14 SPX pts. And Volume... VERY HEAVY... Wall Street's paranoia is built deep into the logic of these computer systems... Those lows have to be tested.
