XAU & HUI 8/1/05 UPDATE

Take note of the much narrower R & S levels, as well as the "wedge" of the BOP. Nothing at the present suggest a large move outside of these lines this month. Things can and do change, so time will tell.

Monthly "R2" on both XAU & HUI are going to be tested and a break above would indicate a new "gold rush" has started.

Well the monthlies got broken, so, the "gold rush" might be on. R2 on the HUI was 211.64 and the close of 217.85 is 3% over. R2 on the XAU was 97.67 and the close of 99.46 is 2% over. May not happen, but expect a retest of the R2 levels as they are now supports.
